Corliss Jackson
President & Chief Executive Officer
Corliss Jackson has more than 25 years of consulting experience in local, state and Federal government operations. She has served as the HR Director at the US Election Assistance Commission and worked as a Special Assistant and Program Manager at the US Office of Personnel Management. She combines her hands-on experience as a public servant with her expertise in organizational development and change management learned while earning her Master of Public Administration degree from The Ohio State University. Using this combined framework, she develops innovative and sustainable solutions for her clients in small, medium and large sized agencies. A published author on the Federal hiring process, Ms. Jackson is a trusted advisor to agency executives on all aspects of program and project management, strategic planning, and human capital management.
Harold J. Huntley, Jr.
Chief Operating Officer
Harold Huntley has more than 30 years of experience in the Federal arena. Serving on the Board of Directors, he has a proven track record of driving growth in the technology industry. Mr. Huntley is also the principal of Applied Resources and Consulting, Inc. which focuses on government contracting and software engineering. He brings a wealth of knowledge from parterships derived over the last 20 years with industry leaders including Northrop Grumman, US Department of Agriculture, US Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, and Freddie Mac. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
